These terms are created to ensure a smooth agreement between ourselves and our clients

  1. You agree to abide by these terms of service by acquiring services from ourselves
  2. We will provide the service as agreed for the price that is agreed
  3. Any failure or delay in payment from a customer may cause disruption to your services and result in termination of our agreement.
  4. Additional work that is not included in your package may be chargeable and a quote produced and only completed once payment for those additional services have been made
  5. You may cancel at any time by letting us know via email, we will then cancel all your payments and services ASAP.
  6. If you do not inform us of cancellation we may try to recover any lost costs by selling assets of the website e.g. domain, website layout etc.
  7. In line with Google themselves saying that SEO results are not guaranteed, we also confirm SEO results are not guaranteed. Although every effort will be made to get the website as much exposure on the search engines as possible.
  8. If the relationship between us and the client begins to break down, either party may end the agreement at any time
  9. We take threats very seriously. If you threaten any of our employees with threats of physical violence in any way your services may be terminated immediately.
  10. If any legal action is suggested by either party, communication will immediately cease and each parties legal representatives will take over to come to an ideal resolution for both parties.
  11. We reserve the right to provide and/or revoke our services to whoever we choose at any time.
  12. Our PPC management services work on a rolling 30 day agreement, therefore 30 days notice needs to be given if you wish to end the service to give us time to sort 3rd party systems with a lag time on them. Cancelling DD for this service without notice can result in all services being suspended or terminated until any outstanding balance has been cleared.
